Vulture studios proudly offers a wide variety of apparel customization services. Services include screen printing, embroidery, sublimation, heat transfers and logo/graphic design. Our experienced staff is here to work with you to ensure a quick turnaround time and a high quality product that you can be proud of representing your brand.
Screen Printing
Screen Printing is the art of using a stencil (your approved design) to transfer ink through a mesh screen on to the garment of your choosing via a squeegee! This process is great for creating a design that you want placed multiple garments. This process is not limited to certain garment blends/materials and is not limited to certain colors of garments.
Current Minimum for any screen print order is 24 items per design.
Embroidery
Embroidery is the art of decorating textile fabric by means of a needle and thread. This process is great for putting your logo on hats, polos, and other professional workplace garments.
Up to 12 different colors with no extra charge
Current minimum for embroidery is 12 items per design.
Heat Transfers
Heat transfers rely on heat and pressure from a heat press to adhere a digital transfer print or vinyl print onto a garment. Unlike sublimation which dyes the fabric of the garment, these heat transfers sit on top of the fabric as a die-cut design.
No current minimum for any heat transfer design.
Sublimation
Sublimation uses a special type of heat sensitive ink that uses pressure and heat to transfer dyes onto different materials. This process requires the use of a heat press to transfer the printed design to an accepting surface/material. This process works best with white garments that must be polyester. Polyester blends will also work, but the ink will only dye the polyester portion of the fabric creating a distressed look.
